This bootcamp is designed for aspiring network technicians and unified communications support staff. Participants will explore small office LAN setups, configure switches and wireless access points, and set up basic VoIP and video conferencing environments — all with real equipment in lab simulations.

On Module 1, you will start your journey as a network support tech. You’ll explore real career paths, physically build LAN infrastructure, and configure your first live switch using VLANs and patch panels. This day gives you the physical grounding to understand how networks are built — from cables to CLI.
On Module 2, you will design and deploy a wireless network. From secure SSIDs to real-world user issues, you’ll experience both the setup and support sides of wireless networking. You’ll walk away understanding signal flow, authentication, and how to fix the connectivity problems users never stop calling about.
On Module 3, you will take on the role of a VoIP technician, configuring and diagnosing phone systems using SIP fundamentals. You’ll register devices, trace communication issues, and solve problems that affect both technical performance and user experience. By the end of the day, you’ll feel confident supporting real-world UC environments.
On Module 4, you will perform under the pressure of setting up and supporting AV systems for live meetings. You’ll troubleshoot conferencing, video and audio real-time tools in scenarios that mirror corporate environments. You’ll come away with practical skills in UC tech that are highly sought after in modern IT roles.
On Module 5, you will consolidate everything learned into a single full-stack simulation. You’ll build a network end-to-end and respond to live issues — proving your capability. In the afternoon, you’ll shift into career mode: building your resume, improving your LinkedIn presence, and practising interviews to launch your path into network support roles with clarity and confidence.
