Founder & Lead Trainer
Epi is a senior IT leader with over 20 years of global experience in cloud, cyber security, and IT strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager – IT Strategy and Cyber Security at a leading Australian real estate group, he has delivered high-impact projects from securing the Rio 2016 Olympic Games to leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives. He holds multiple top-tier certifications, including ISACA’s CISM, CISA, CRISC, PMP, and Cisco CCNP ENCOR, alongside advanced Microsoft Azure and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor credentials.
An award-winning educator and startup mentor, Epi is completing a Master’s in Applied Artificial Intelligence. At Raccoonix, he leads the design and delivery of immersive, industry-driven bootcamps that blend real-world practice with technical excellence, helping learners develop job-ready skills across IT, cloud, cyber, unified communications, and GRC.
Bootcamp Tech Assistant
Rakshya is an IT professional with a strong foundation in technical support, cloud platforms, and data analytics. Currently working as a Business Analyst at a leading Australian real estate group, she brings hands-on experience across IT support, Azure, Microsoft 365, and stakeholder engagement. Her background spans roles in software engineering, customer service, and IT operations, giving her a unique ability to bridge technical and user needs.
A Master of Information Technology graduate from the University of Technology Sydney and holder of multiple industry certifications, Rakshya is passionate about creating smooth learning experiences for bootcamp participants. At Raccoonix, she supports technical delivery, assists with labs, and ensures learners get practical, real-world guidance throughout their journey.
